1. Introduction

This Terms and Conditions is made between BGS Global Solutions, Inc. and the user of the property management website. This Agreement governs the User’s use of the Website, and any content, information, products, and services offered by BGS Global Solutions.

The User agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information when submitting forms on the website. The User further agrees to update such information as necessary to maintain accuracy and completeness. The User is solely responsible for any and all information submitted to the Company and is solely responsible for any and all consequences resulting from such submissions.

3. User Responsibilities

a. The User is solely responsible for their use of the Website, and any content, information, products, and services provided by BGS Global Solutions. The User must use the Website in a manner that is consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. The User also agrees to use the Website only for legitimate, non-commercial purposes.

b. The User agrees to not interfere with or disrupt the Website or servers or networks connected to the Website. The User agrees to not use the Website for any purpose that is fraudulent or unlawful, or that is prohibited by this Agreement. The User also agrees to not use the Website to distribute any material that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive, or that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Proprietary Rights

a. The Website and all the content, information, products, and services provided by BGS Global Solutions are the sole and exclusive property of BGS Global Solutions and its licensors. The User agrees not to reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from any portion of the Website.

b. The User agrees to not use any trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, or other designations of BGS Global Solutions or its licensors without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

a. BGS does not represent or warrant that the Website or any content, information, products, or services provided by BGS Global Solutions will be accurate, complete, reliable, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
b. BGS does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the Website or any content, information, products, or services provided by BGS in terms of correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability, or otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

a. BGS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Website or any content, information, products, or services provided by BGS Global Solutions.

b. The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BGS Global Solutions from any claims or damages arising out of the User’s use of the Website or any content, information, products, or services provided by BGS Global Solutions.

7. Termination

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while the User is using the Website. BGS Global Solutions reserves the right to terminate the User’s access to the Website for any reason, at any time, and without notice.

8. Miscellaneous

a. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and BGS Global Solutions with respect to the Website and any content, information, products, or services provided by the latter.

b. If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then that part will be deemed to be severed from this Agreement and the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.

c. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas-Missouri.

9. Acceptance

By using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
